missing person report and it is a geninue case, then wouldnt it be
okay for the Crime Library representative and the family to
approach ICA for help...so as to check if the person has left the
country.
If the person had left the contry, the family members may
discontinue to search for him/her locally, ie not wasting any
valuable time.
